Eat a healthy diet which should consist mostly of natural and unprocessed foods. It should be high in plant foods such as fruits, vegetables, grains, seeds and nuts. Avoid foods that are detrimental to health such as sugar, saturated fat, salt, and additives. Receiving regular Chiropractic care will aid the nervous system which is the primary response system to invading antigens.
